Shutter Angle Toggle In Motion Control

the thing is, is that i use AE for advanced or moderate animations / vfx. I don't want to have to create a comp every time i only want to ad a small zoom with motion blur. Even programs like davinci have a motion blur toggle so i would expect a program like premiere to support that basic function.

If you have access to After Effects I strongly recommend right clicking on the item in motion in the timeline, replace with After Effects composition, saving, clicking the motion blur switch in the AE timeline and saving which will update in Premiere. It's super easy and efficient.
