Simple way to adjust a layers pivot point

Simple enough but doesn't seem to be available is the ability to see and adjust a layers pivot point. I have a logo I use in the lower right. I built it in PS in the position I want it but in the video I'm editing, I want it to scale up from zero rather than it just being in position when I fade up.

I know how to edit the original and position it mid screen, save it as a new file, go back to Premiere and exchange the existing logo for the new one but (as in Ae) it would be faster and simpler to just have the option built in.

Could you send me a screen shot or give a path. I did a search there before writing my idea and did again after reading your note. I'm not seeing it. Even typing "anchor Point" in the help menu came up with nothing. I was sure it was somewhere but it's not easy to find.

Should have added, select the graphic, then in the ECP select Anchor point and you will see the anchor point in the graphic on the Program Monitor, and you can drag it to where you want it.
