Simpler "Rush" style workflow

Since, I'm not a professional video editor, I have really struggled getting up to speed with Adobe Premiere Pro.

However I've found Rush to be very helpful

Now Adobe is discontinuing Rush, I'd like to know if there is any way to simplify and make Premier Pro behave more like Rush in terms of user interface? Are there any simplified editing panels?

Hi @andrewhesselden - Adobe has released a Rush replacement called Premiere on Mobile.

Thank you. I would like to open this new software on my desktop pc though.
It’s too fiddly using my iPhone for editing.
