Slip Tool that's easier to use

It would be SO helpful to have a Slip Tool that, rather than being something you have to do with the mouse and have great difficulty being very precise about, instead showed up in a modified Trim Window and let do a Slip with the same tools and same precision and control that we can do trims in the Trim Window.
