Smart Object Sequence in Premiere Pro

I'm having trouble finding any information to see if what I am looking to do is possible in Premiere Pro.  Essentially, I want to create a master sequence that is 1920x1920, and have something similar to a subsequence that is different aspect ratios that are all linked to the master sequence.  Whenever a clip or video is edited on the master sequence, it goes to the other aspect ratio subsequences, and is properly positioned.  Similar to what Smart Objects due in Photoshop.

I'm trying to do this to streamline productivity to be able to export different aspect ratios without having to go and fine tune each sequence.  I'm not sure if this is even possible in Premiere, or After Effects for that matter.  I've searched all over the internet without any luck.
