Having a more super roided out search bin filter that allows a futher refined filter over 2 max options !

Also allowing for Sub folder search filter bins within it to maximise the filter organisation.

For instance base level smart bin folder assists with compiling a dump based on a criteria search as normal.

Having a sub search folder bin within it allowing users to further filter out elements and moving it into that folder instead over having it populate in 2 places like the default version.

This way the search creatia is contained within that folder set over whole project level and not making further instances of that file.
