Snapping for Gradients in program Window

I create shapes with gradient fill for lower thirds and there is no snapping in program window for the gradient control.

I have to drag guides and align it manually and it is not exact.

Holding Shift while moving the gradient line control should snap it in 0-45-90 degrees as with any other tool in CS.
