Sort Order Transcript Language Packs to show Downloaded First

I really like the transcription feature in Premiere Pro. However, I see myself specifying other languages often and have to scroll way down to get to the ones I have downloaded.

I would like to see the behaviour of the language pack drop down adjusted to show the already downloaded langauges at the top (kind of like a favorites list).

This would make sense in my book since it's most likely the user wants to transcribe something in a langauge they have previously already used.
