Source project metadata attached to exports

So, I have a unique circumstance that could be fixed with the simplest feature.  The project source file for an export should be automatically attached to the metadata of the exported file.  

I have a project that needs to be delivered to distro this week.  It's been a year since I opened the project file, but when I do, the export no longer matches the timeline, even though the timestamps match up on both original source and autosave, which tells me there's a rogue project somewhere in my system.  

if only I could access the metadata of my export to find out where the file path is to the missing .prproj, I would be completed in less than 20m.  But now I have to completely rebuild this project again.  Please make this an added feature Adobe, this would save a lot of headaches in the future.  I don't know why this isn't already a thing in 2024.
