Source record monitor and timeline

Please can you add. Source/record monitor switching. This will enable us to see the timeline of the source monitor which makes editing so much simpler and faster. Avid has had it for decades. Switching between the two is a joy and enables much faster editing and saves so much time.

    Hey there, @martinw260764

    Do you mean loading your sequence into the Source Monitor and cutting from there? That's already in the feature set. Just drag your sequence into the Source Monitor, and then you can cut into the Record Monitor/Timeline that way. Click the "Insert or Overwrite Sequences..." button in the upper left of the Timeline to gain control of cutting into the master sequence using clips instead of a nested sequence. I hope that works for you. Let me know.
