Hi, I am trying to create caption in Bahasa Indonesia for a Video. But Premiere Pro auto caption allows only few languages such as English, Mandarin, Spanish, German, French and Japanese, etc.
It will be helpful if Bahasa Indonesia is available for this feature because my video editing project is in Bahasa Indonesia.
1. Auto Generate Caption in Indonesian in Adobe Premiere Pro:
Adobe Premiere Pro currently supports an auto caption feature, but this capability is more optimized for English. Although auto caption supports several languages, including Indonesian, the results may not be as accurate as they are in English. Adobe is continuously developing this technology, so in future updates, the ability to auto-generate captions in Indonesian might become more accurate and as easy as what you find in TikTok Pro. For now, you can use external services to generate captions and then import them into Premiere Pro.
2. Auto Multicam Editing in Adobe Premiere Pro:
Adobe Premiere Pro does have a multicam editing feature, but it still requires some manual steps. A feature like what Autopod.fm offers, which automates the multicam editing process for podcasts, would be very useful for editors. Currently, Adobe hasn't announced a feature that directly competes with Autopod.fm. However, Adobe often acquires new technologies or develops new features based on market demand, so it's possible that a similar feature could be introduced in the future. If this feature is essential to your workflow, using a tool like Autopod.fm alongside Premiere Pro could be a good interim solution.
For the past few months, I have been using TikTok Pro. The reason I tried it is because the auto-caption feature in Indonesian can be created very easily, simply by clicking auto-generate, and the captions are automatically made in Indonesian. Could Adobe incorporate this feature into Premiere Pro?
