Speech to Text in Premiere Pro for Croatian & Serbian language

As I understood we need to have a number of upvotes for a mod to consider adding this feature to Premiere Pro.

Actually, only Serbian or only Croatian would work because it's very similar. 

Linked posts have 1200+ views, there may be a chance to move this forward if you guys log in and upvote.
3rd party tools are a hassle... Much more convinient to have it inside PP.
