Spell check language should match and follow transcription language

As someone who needs to make bilingual videos, it would be great if they spell check language locked to the language of the transcript. Too often, I find myself switching back and forth between languages as I move from one video to another. In other words, when I switch from a French video to an English one, I need to change the spell checker language, even though the video was already transcribed in English. 

After I change the language to English, I will need to change it back to French when I return to the French video project.
