Although Adobe has Turkish users, the Turkish language has not been added yet. A competitor like Cap-Cut added the Turkish language immediately, but Adobe is sleeping!

Dear Adobe Team,

I'm Berat, I work in the field of video production and post-production. I have been using the software offered by Adobe for many years, and especially Premiere Pro has become an indispensable tool in my projects. I have always appreciated Adobe's industry leadership and user-friendly innovations. In this context, I would like to address you about a feature that I request to be added to Premiere Pro: Adding the Turkish language to the automatic subtitle feature.

The Importance of Turkish
Turkish is a language spoken by more than 80 million people around the world. Türkiye has a rapidly growing digital content market and a rich cultural heritage. Digital content production is rapidly increasing in the education, media and entertainment sectors, and the importance of the language used in these areas is increasing. Considering Turkey's young population and interest in digital technologies, adding Turkish to the automatic subtitle feature is a great need.

Advantages of Automatic Subtitle Feature
Premiere Pro's automatic captioning feature allows users to quickly and accurately add captions to their videos. This feature both saves time and increases the accessibility of the content. However, as of now this feature does not support Turkish language. With the addition of Turkish:

Increased Accessibility: By ensuring Turkish-speaking content reaches wider audiences, the language barrier will be eliminated. This will be of great benefit, especially for hearing impaired individuals.

Efficiency and Productivity: Professionals who produce Turkish content will be able to work faster and more efficiently thanks to the automatic subtitle feature. Considering that the manual subtitle adding process takes a long time, this feature will provide great convenience.

Quality and Accuracy: Thanks to Adobe's advanced artificial intelligence algorithms, automatic subtitles are created with high accuracy. With Turkish language support, this accuracy will also be valid for Turkish content.

Reason for Request
We know that Adobe constantly improves its products by listening to its users. Adding Turkish to the automatic subtitle feature will be an important step not only for Turkish users but also for global content producers. There are millions of people speaking Turkish around the world, and the quality and accessibility of content that appeals to this audience is of great importance.

Result and Expectations
Adding the Turkish language to Premiere Pro's automatic subtitle feature will be a great innovation for all Turkish-speaking users in Turkey and around the world. We hope that Adobe will consider this demand and continue to deliver innovations that meet the needs of its users.

Thank you in advance for your feedback and support on this matter.

Kind regards,

Berat Tekin

As I checked with my team, the Text to speech for Premiere Pro is currently unsupported Turkish Language Transcript in Premiere Pro, I would recommend you to try raising a request for your issue through this link so the team can work on adding the support for it in the future

I'd like second this. Considering 80m population of Türkiye + the fact that many other Turkic nations in Asia understand the language that is spoken in Türkiye right now, this support is a must for Adobe Premiere Pro.

Right now content creators in Türkiye are using paid 3rd party apps or different editing apps like CapCut for this feature alone. So including Turkish captioning in Premiere Pro would bring those people back to Adobe ecosystem.

There is no support Turkish Language after many years Adobe launched the feature 'Auto transcription' in many languages. As I know Adobe is common creative app all Aroun Türkiye. All Agencies and single users, editors, videographers and cinematographers use it but still they dont support Turkish language in auto-transcription menu. Urgently we as Turkish editors reguest from Adobe that feature in Turkish!

Does Adobe have any effort to put Turkish language  in auto transcription?
Why doesn't Adobe support Turkish auto transcription when there are so many Turkish users ?

Need an answer and solution urgently!

Turkish is the main branch of the language with over 10 variations. Languages such as Azerbaijani, Turkmen, and Uzbek are actually branches of the Turkish language. They are very similar to Turkish spoken in Turkey.

It is very unfortunate that a language that can address nearly 10 countries like Turkish has not been included as an option. Asian programs and initiatives in the Asian technology market are moving in this direction. We expect the same sensitivity from Adobe as well.

While subtitle creation needs to be improved, it goes backwards and there is no Turkish support.
Creating subtitles was simpler in the old versions, but in the current version it is very painful and it is a pity that there is no Turkish support when the artificial intelligence is so advanced.
