Suggestion for Premiere improvements

Hello everyone, Hope your all doing good.

From my time in premiere which I have used since 2015 and though my professional career. Since I left Film school back in 2022 which is almost 3 years ago now. I have noticed some stuff that really Bug me And I want I have some surgessions. I edit alot of youtube videos and Client projects such as interviews. 

1. Remove previous cut points when ripple trim previous edit and next edit to playhead with J and L cuts 

I've noticed that since I edit with lots of J and L cuts in my edits that when I press Q on the Keyboard which is set to ripple trim previous edit to playhead it adds another cut; When I press Q or E for the same shortcut ripple trim next edit to playhead. and Means I have to cut the clip out which I find is annoying when your editing a interview and have a small extra clip. If you can remove that, I would be very thankful cause I have noticed this in many versions of premiere

2. Essential sound Panel in Essential editing Panel. 

When I am Usally editing the sound on my edit I can't scroll down to see which sound it is which Highly bugs me since I have to remove the panel bigger and then have to remove everything back to wear it was before. I dont have the biggest screen in the world. I'm usally editing on my laptop which has a 16 inch screen. And My suggestion is that you add a scroll wheel on the Essential sound Panel ON THE MAIN MENU!

3. Text based editing speed

I've noticed that when ever I am using text based editing since I don't have the setting on for it to happen in the background, which I've noticed crashes my PC and makes my premiere unresponsive if I turn the setting on. When I add the clips to transcript it take almost up to 2 hours for them to all to transcipt or even 1 to transcript which I find is just way to long to wait just to edit Dialouge. It could just be my laptop cause it isn't the most powerful and was brought in 2016. But my suggession is that you can make it quicker for professionals that don't have the most powerful PC or laptop

4. Enhance Speech Don't working

I love using the enhance speech feature which I have used since you introduced the AI podcast feature on the podcast website. I've noticed since you have added it to premiere that everysingle time I went to use it; that it just doesn't work at all and stays stuck at 0 sometimes goes to 1% and stays just there loading. This could be my laptop power again. But if you can fix it so it works on Lower end PCs that would help a ton.
