Suggestion on preserving original image quality within nested or adjustment layers in Premium

When using nested or adjustment layers, Premium does not support scaling footage with a resolution higher than the timeline; the original image quality information will be lost. Could this be improved? I'd like to achieve lossless scaling like in Photoshop or After Effects.
