The Import tab in 23.5 needs Image Sequence auto-import like the traditional import dialog

Since the new Import tab now opens by default for a new project, it should include the automatic image sequence import. This would be particularly helpful in 3D workflows where animations are frequently rendered as PNG image sequences.
