The track matte key could exist in The Effects control as a default

In Premiere Pro applying a mask or a track matte key from the effects panel wastes time. It could exist as default in the Effects controls like Photoshop that we do not add masks from the filter window we just add masks from the layer panel that is it!
I wish in Premiere applying a mask or matte would be so much easier

I think in Premiere like After Effects the track matte could be part of the layer or we could pick whip a layer or layers to another layer or matter layer in order to use it as matte. By the way current method of using the track matte key for masking is not fast enough for editing

I think the Track Matte effect in Premiere requires stacking at least two instances of the clip, though normally three are used. That's ... a bit more than say a "simple" effect.
