Timeline Edit needs to be changed ASAP

in timeline it's verybad controls you need to change the shortcuts and the UI 

for example IF I want to make a clip in v1 up to vt I press ALT + up arrow 

but IF there was a clip in V2 it ovverwrites it and this is very painful 

we need to just change posetions 

the v2 clip goes auto to v1 and the v1 goes to v2 and so on for changeing the clip layer to another v3 or v4 etc...

the other thing that needs to be changed is the overwrite when moving a clip from v1 to v1 but in another time, when doing this it overwrites the clip, we need to make it move the clips without overwriting 

for example

IF i have 5 clips and I want to make clip 4 in the posetion of clip 2

If I drag and drop it will over write it

so I have to select clip 3 + 4 + 5 and moving them to the right and drag and drop clip 4 after clip 2 and riplle delete the black space between clips, that's taking too long if I do this too much 

so I need if I want to put the clip 4 after clip 2 just drag and drop between clips and it would be Clip 1 + 2 + 4 + 3 + 5

please fix this to move faster in the timeline.

samething for adding clips from project to timeline, just remove the overwrite and make it repleace or moving space for the clip.
