Track Renaming - Allow duplicate names

A small change I think would be helpful is something I'm used to when working in AVID: the ability to name tracks the same thing.

I find being able to name multiple tracks "SFX", for example, is simpler than having to name them "SFX 1", "SFX 2", etc. This way you can group them all as the same name if you prefer, but still lets you number them if you’d prefer.
