Transcript Search

When I search for a word, it begins the search from wherever the cursor is in the transcript. If I want to search from the top of the script, I have to delete the search box, put the cursor at the first line of the transcript, and then search. It would be great if I could type in the word, then move the cursor where I want to search from and it automatically does it.

It would also help if the up and down arrows for 'find next' would never get to the end; so if I'm at the end of a script and I hit down, it takes me back to the very top of the script.

Thank you!

Agree with Jeff. I understand this feature but it's very annoying and inconsistent. Sometimes it doesn't do it at all. But I think it should at least be disabled if you have activated the timeline.

I like yoyoyo's suggestion but perhaps it's the usual 4 button page navigation-style [first result], [back one result],[next result],[last result]

After searching in the transcript, if you don't clear the Search box before going back to the timeline, the Playhead jumps to wherever the heck it wants. Fix this too!
