Transcript Window Jumps to Source Window When A Clip is Loaded and Doing a Search

There is a bug in the current version of Premiere (23.0.0, but was also in the immediately preceding version) where doing a search of a generated transcript causes the Transcript window to jump to the Source Window, but only if a clip is loaded. Closing all clips in the Source Window stops this behavior.

Also, there is a routine bug where a search of the Transcript window will not jump the playhead when clicking in the transcript. This requires a re-load of the project to fix.
