TRANSCRIPTION: Please use a style guide

Do I want my transcriptions to be like the New York Times i.e percent instead of % or one instead of 1? Or do I prefer to always use the shortest possible amount of text, Gov. Newsome instead of Governor Newsome or Rep. Greene instead of Representative Greene. Do I want to use the Oxford Comma or the Harvard Comma?

There should be built in choices for Chicago, AP, New York Times style guides and the option to make custom edits.
