translate Dutch to English subtitles

is there a way, in my case, translate Dutch subtitles to English inside Adobe Premiere? Now I do it in a roundabout way by exporting a text file, having it translated and putting it back in Premiere, not really a convenient way.

    that's a short answer, maybe Adobe should consider it feature updates..
    not handy really.
