Translation plugin

Hello,
I tried to find similar topic, but I didn't found here nor using Google.
Is there any software, plugin or platform which can help translation titles or any text in Adobre Premiere Project? Or is there any way to get them from API or export specific format?

    The text inserted via .mogrts is accessible; there is no API around getting text out of PPro's legacy titler.
