Upgrade levels and brightnes & contrast effects to 32bit float

There are a ton of 8/16bit int effects in Premiere. Some surely have their reasons but there are two quite important basic tools that should really match the capabilities of the ones used in AE.

Levels

Brightness & Contrast

While Lumetri is a nice tool for certain things, even in an editing software we sometimes need compact basic math like Gain, Offset, Linear Contrast, Gamma which those two effects provide.

I'd like to see them upgraded to support 32bit (unlcamped) and have their represented values become float instead of 8bit in the case of Levels.

It would also be nice if the Levels effect could be represented in the same UI fashion as AE rather than the flat list of parameters. Frankly the whole AE tool in PR with black/white clip options etc would be the best.

Furthermore I hope that there is a roadmap to upgrade many other effects to suppert 32bit as well. In an ideal world you would work in scenelinear for building effects onto scene referred footage which requires all those tools to support floating point.
