Versions should be backward compatible with previous major versions

Hello Community!

Versions should be backward compatible with previous major versions
Why? Having a feature that would give an editor backward compatibility for Premiere Pro projects from one major version back to another would be a major savings in time and hassle when receiving legacy projects from others.
