Video Noise Reduction Effect

Correct me if I'm wrong, but there is still no built-in video noise reduction effect in Premiere Pro to this day in 2024??

Neat Video and ofther third party plugins have been the only solution for almost a decade now!!

Adobe, please make this a built-in effect in PP.
