We should be able to keyframe effects on 'frame holds'

I understand that, technically, a frame hold is literally a static, single frame, and doesn't have its own frames no matter how much you extend it, but I would love to be able to keyframe their effects without having to nest them first! Maybe a toggle-able setting would work for this, so it doesn't ruin the workflow of anyone who might rely on that feature specifically.

Smart!  I ended up importing a screenshot and placing the effects on that.

Apply effects, nest, and then apply the linear wipe.

PPro 25.2.1 isn't letting me keyframe a crop as an intrinsic effect or keyframe a Linear Wipe as an added effect.  Thoughts?
