Welcome Screen Recents - Persist them for offline disks

Currently if your start Premiere and any projects or Productions that would be in your recents list (either on the Welcome screen or the "open Recents" menu item), are unaccessible then they are premenantly removed. Then there is no way to get those recent items back.

I have projects and Productions across multiple hard drives and the recents list is a crucial and time saving way of starting Premiere and getting start quickly but if I forgot to plug the right hard drive in then  I lose my recents and have to go hunt for the current project.

I suggest the Premiere works like many other Adobe apps, and the welcome screen and recents lists:

  1. Show all the projects/productions, where hard drives are connected or not
  2. Label those projects/productions that are current unaccessable
  3. Make the path to the project/production visible in the list (rather than just on hover (for the Welcome screen)
  4. Make it possible to manually remove items from the Welcome screen recents list

All of this would make starting and jumping between projects far easier and make Premiere for more consistent with other Adobe apps that presist recent files even if they are not accessible
