When switching from List to Icon view in Project window, open the Bin with selected clip(s)!

If the user has any selected clip(s) in the Project window, when switching from List to Icon view, the Bin that's opened should automatically default to the Bin with the selected clip(s), centering the view on the selected clip(s). It's only logical!
