with title this legacy title

Premiere pro cc 2018 but the Save legacy title is visible only inside the open project but it doesn't show where it is saved and its path I have opened numerous folders of temporary files but no where There is no folder with legacy title other than preview render is its folder are graphics folders but there is no folder with title this legacy title is created when we create in project.
After that, it only stays within the project. Generally, all the work done inside the software is being saved inside the same project. If the project is closed and we want to see the file, That file shows us but the views are in the same software now if I say in other software I'm using there's a title folder above where the project is saved. It gets created and all the titles that are being created in the software are being created from there when the software is working, but why is it not like that in the premiere that the legacy title? It's not visible unless you open up the project, so I've specified very clearly for the legacy title what its exact location is where it's saved, which isn't easily visible. In Ata or Premier it's just that it stays inside the project, it doesn't matter, so please guide me in this regard.
