Workspace LOCK - Disable Tab Position & Proportions change on click

Hello Everyone!

Many times it happens that while clicking to scrub my timeline, I accidentally snatch a tab and move it, causing a whole mess because it changes proportions of all the other tabs by snatching itself on an edge and making a new panel.

Please make a Workspace Menu option to lock all tab positions and also make it a Mappable Keystroke.
