XML export to include captions / Or convert Essential graphics to captions pipeline as the fallback

I'm requesting the ability to export XMLs to include captions data. which would only work within the Premiere NLE pipeline.

We subtitle at scale on short form and one of which is having template projects setup to include picture edit and the captions setup embedded on export as a XML. Having a XML file that has the building blocks setup makes it easy to prep and setup.

currently you can only convert captions to Essential graphics then export xml. which is good if you have that setup but i would like to also have the option convert back essential graphics to captions again for full flexiblity.
