Being charged for something I DID NOT sign up for. I request 3 months of refund asap I AM ON DISABILITY.

I am furious. I NEVER signed up. I have had my money taken out for 3 months now (actually longer now that my bank is tracking it) and I had already reached out to cancel months ago what I NEVER had in the first place. I am disabled and terminally Ill. You just took my money to get home from the hospital. I AM NOW STRANDED.

THIS HAS TO STOP. I spoke to the police. This is considered fraud. I expect 3 months of refunds back AS SOON AS POSSIBLE (and that is being lenient or else I will pursue with the law.) A file has already been opened with the OPP and bad business bureau.

I will not accept a "one month" refund. At LEAST 3 months if it becomes a problem I will pull my bank statement and ask for the entire months and months worth back that you stole.

This has turned myself and everyone I know off of your program. Very unprofessional and fraudulent. Especially prying on the very poor folk. Fix this instantly.
