"Add to favourites" button for single comments

I just came across a comment full of useful links and wanted to save it somehow, but there's no such function to save single comments (yet). There should be. The "follow" button is not the same, bacause it saves the link to the whole thread (which may have 5+ pages of comments). Am I right?

I just copied the comment to a Word document 🙂

it supports all the links, so it's the easiest solution for me

Yes, but while waiting to see if it gets implemented, he might like to do something that keeps those useful tips handy.

@LinSims

this op is making suggestions for improving the forums.  they're not looking for work-arounds.

these posts are in the correct location.

There isn't one, and I'm not sure if the Khorus software would support it.

What you can do is create a bookmark folder in your browser for things like that (such as Handy Tips), then highlight the start of the comment with the information you want and select "Copy link to highlight".

Add a new bookmark to your Handy Tips folder, give it a name, and paste the link in to the URL field. It'll take you to the full thread, but it will take you to the part of the thread that you highlighted.

NB: I use a fairly heavily modified Chrome browser. I believe "Copy Link to Highlight" is a standard feature for it, though. I do not know if it is available in other browsers.
