Log all parametric EQ edits made in audio track mixer in activity log

As it stands the edit behaviour of the parametric EQ effect (and to my knowledge all audio effects within audio track mixer) is not as I’d expect - this could potentially be a bug unless intentional for whatever reason? It sometimes appears to only register as an edit in the activity log once playback to paused for instance.

Ideally each edit made, specifically on a parametric EQ for a track should be logged, giving the user the ability to undo and redo each edit.
