Please move Translate button in reply messages to top

In a reply message, the translate button appears at the bottom of the reply. This is rather pointless and wastes a lot of our time. See example below, which comes from this reply. We have to scroll down to the bottom of long replies, click on translate and then scroll back to the top of the message to start reading it. Translate should be at the top of the message.

Hi dj_paige, thanks for the detailed write-up and the screenshot.

Quick bit of context: the Translate button at the top of the thread translates all replies into your chosen language at once, which usually beats translating replies individually. The per-reply button is placed at the bottom on purpose: usage data shows translating a single reply is the rare(!) exception rather than the norm, so it's given the less prominent spot.

I'll pass your feedback on, but to be upfront: this isn't on the list to be changed right now. In the meantime, using the translate option at the top should cover most cases without the scrolling.

Sometimes a user goes directly to the reply which needs to be translated, we don’t start at the top of the thread. There are many ways to jump into a particular message in the thread rather than always starting at the top. Sometimes, the original post is in my language (English) and there’s no need to translate anything, then we scroll down and find a reply that is not in English, that’s when we need the translation feature.

@mrspieri  Please acknowledge that people don’t always start at the top of the thread. Please acknowledge that sometimes a later message needs translation while the first post does not need translation.

Your explanation makes no sense. It almost feels as if you don’t actually use the Adobe Community forums.

If you use Chrome, you can right click on the page and choose "translate."

Yes Firefox has similar translation capability, but that doesn’t excuse such a poor design from Adobe.
