The ability to unfollow or unsubscribe from replies

When you reply to a thread, you're automatically enrolled to be notified when someone replies unless you uncheck the box for "Email me when someone replies". Sometimes you end up getting loads of notifications that you don't actually want. It would be nice if you could unsubscribe from individual threads.

      correction: you can usually unfollow, but not always.

        You can unfollow, although it's not real obvious.

         

        Click your profile icon (top right on the desktop site), then "Edit Community profile"., then the "Following" tab. Then tick the checkbox for each thread you want to unfollow, and click the Unfollow button.
