After upgrading to Photoshop 27.1 on Mac Tahoe 26.6.2 I cannot open Photoshop.

I have tried bypassing plug-ins by holding the shift key down when attempting to launch. I have also restarted my Mac in between the multiple uninstalls and new installs of Photoshop. Everything was fine until I upgraded to 27.1. Please help, I’m desperate to finish multiple projects for eager clients.
