I can't get a Lightroom photo to open in PS using "edit in PS". PS opens but no photo. tried reinstalling twice same results

On a Mac with M1 processor. Recent update of PS will not open photos that are transfer from most recent version of lightroom classic. “Edit in PS” opens PS to a white screen not a work screen. No photo. I have open with bridge26. after saving it saves to the correct directory and is visible in Bridge26. Unfortunately, it has to be manually inputted into LG

the “update on 3 SEPT 26 appeared to fix it. I guess complaining works

@howardt67007433 I just tried on my Lightroom Classic, but I am using a MacBook Pro M5 Max Chip. When I try to Edit in PS, I get this:

And I tried all three options, same results with the last options opening in the same window as the current tab (hence the edit-edit in the name.

It seems that’s related to a known bug:
