Flash Player (read-only)

My flash player is not listed as a pluggin om my mac catalina 10.15 version. The flash player is not working. I have uninstalled and installed several times.

Hi All I have installed the NEW MS Edge on most of my endpoints but quite a few of them does not want to update the Flash player to the newest version? How can I get the offline update for this for Windows 10 and Windows 7?

I can not get Flash Player to install. I have tried all of the listed suggestions, I even had Apple Tech Support to take over the screen andit still will not install. 

I have downloaded the updated version of flash player so I can use JustCamIt lite but every time I try it tells me it needs the most updated version and to download it again. I've done this about 8 times, open and closed all programmes on my laptop, restarted etc and no luck. I've looked into safari prefernces as told to do so by various blogs online but I dont ecen have flash player as an option to adjust any setting. I need this for my income so its urgent. I hope you can help!

I still can't use flash player after downloading it on iPad. What should I do?

I am having trouble accessing flash player on my MacBook Pro. It was working and enabled in my Safari Preferences, but now it is not showing up. Adobe says I don't have the current version installed but I have installed multiple times and my System Software shows I have flash player installed.

Hello, I am trying to get adboe flash on my mac. However, when I install the software and restart my browser I use the check to see if you have flash player option on the adobe website and it says that flash is not found. Is this because there is a new version of Safari out or is there another reason it will not show up on safari? It does work on firefox for me through.

After I updated software in system preferences I was no longer able to watch Directv on my Macbook Air. I keep getting a sign that says enable or install Adobe flash player. In the instructions for installing it's using Yosemite, which is an old OS, I have the latest, which is Catalina (You won't find plug ins), so I think Adobe needs to get up to date on instructions for installing this on Mac.   [moderator: edited title to more accurately reflect issue being reported]

So I spent hours waiting, then talking to Apple support to find out why Flash Player had disappeared and my games were no longer functionig,  the suport person said that there was nothing wrong with my Mac, even tho I told them I felt the upgrade had messed things up.  She suggested that I get support from Adobe, where I now find the truth, that they have totally disabled the program and killed all my game sites.  So my question is this:  what do we use now to get back to our game sites?  Is there a way to delete the upgrade of Safari (which I hated the redesign of my favorites page, deleted most of the changes to get it back to normal).  Or is there another program that will get me back to my games?  I know its just stupid time wasters, but it helps with the stress at the end of the day. Would downloading a different browser work?

Got this error message on The Game room game zone for Facebook. Can anyone give me a reason for this. Did not know Flash Player will stop working?? Will it be only on Facebook or on all platforms?

Hello, After a restless hour, there's no luck in finding Adobe's archived flash player versions. About a year or so, there used to be ALL versions of Adobe flash on this page: https://helpx.adobe.com/flash-player/kb/archived-flash-player-versions.html ...but they are all gone now. Seeing as how next-paging on google around 8 times doesn't seem to find any older downloads, I'm convinced the old versions of flash are gone forever, as I need them to run older flash games on ninja kiwi. Even if it was just one re-upload of flash player before 2018, this would be all that I need. Thanks

Hello everyone, when I'm watching videos on roughly several sites (not all) the video will pause and buffer with a colored circle spinning in the middle of it for several seconds then continue playing for about 3-4 seconds and it's back to the spinning circle for several seconds again.  I'm no beginner with computers and considered well above average with computer knowledge. I've tried everything I can think of and some online suggestions as well to no avail.  Some details:1) Google Chrome browser. 2) Brand new Dell desktop XPS 8930. 3) Spectrum high-speed DSL.  Latest speed test: 461 MBPS. 4) Hard wired from the modem, no wireless connection. 5) Latest version of Chrome and Abode PPAPI installed. All maintenance is up to date. Any ideas or suggestions will be greatly appreciated. Thanks in advance. John

I have been told by some sources that Adobe does not support Apple products with Flash. Is this true? I bought my iPad mini to help me with work, but it is not as useful to me if I cannot use Flash. Thank you for any advice or suggestions.J.M.

I was reading article about Flash dying in 2020 and I wanted to know what exactly will happen to Flash based websites? Will they simply just not work anymore. My work uploads video ads to TV stations and one of the stations is Comcast and their portal is Flash based, so Im curious if it will just stop working. I have to imagine they have people on it but I have doubts. We had a automated uploading software developed to automatically login and fill out form inf and upload videos and it works fine the other stations but not Comcast because it is using Flash. When we talked them about it thy didnt seem to care. So Im curious if there is incentive for them to redo their portal without Flash so that we can automate it.

Received notice of Update to Adobe Flash. Downloaded in Edge and then had warning that this may harm PC. No issue when downloaded in Firefox and Norton then flags as safe. Microsoft help says Edge flags some third party apps with this warning if they meet certian (unspecified) criteria. MS says I can still decide to accept it, but how is a casual user (like myself) supposed to decide if safe or not safe when this alert appears? Also, can anyone say if downloading with one browser is "for the use and benefit of" the entire PC or is it browser specific? I couldn't get an answer from MS support as to this question.

Hey. I am interested in the question, will the already existing SWF applications be launched in the Standalone Flash Player after end of life flash? Or in special clients using Adobe AIR? I want to know information about the work of SWF applications after closing the flash

In 2001 while in a Jr College class I created a 'Memorial' file with the .swf extension.  What do I need to change it to in order to still be able to play it after Flash goes away in December?  I've attached a copy of the file.
