Can you please allow Alt + brush right-click to scale the brush because my arm hurts from constantly having to go all the way over to the brush palette to change the brush size every time. Please please please please do this. Regards John
I’m writing because I ran into an issue and was wondering if you could help me. I’ve been working on an illustration and have been doing quick exports to share on IG. I never closed the up, (only minimized it to see something else) but when I went back to work on it, I can old version from way before of my illustration. Anyway to recover my most recent one? Please advice. Thanks.
Hello, I am attempting to work in Fresco. I am very new to it, but so far the biggest pain has been the eyedropper tool auto-selecting if I tap the screen and do not move quickly enough. I am trying to draw on a touch screen. Currently, I am attempting to draw fine lines in a small area, and when I press to begin drawing, within a very short period of time the eyedropper tool auto-selects some random color I am near. It makes it almost impossible to use Fresco for fine drawing. After having seen multiple posts about the same sort of thing, I am now certain Adobe is not interested in correcting this, so I will be canceling the license. I understand some more adept users can manuever through all this and it makes it more convenient for them, but it would be nice if there was an option to turn off individual touch screen shortcuts.
I really love the watercolor brushes but find them hard to use as they randomly deposit unexpected diamond shaped blotches with a few light pixels in the centre. The light pixels are hard to paint over and it is difficult to get an even wash of color as these blotches appear frequently. The snapline feature in settings is turned off and they still appear (someone suggested turning it off as a solution to a similar problem). How can I fix this? I really love the brushes so would really like to be able to use them...
adobe fresco keeps crashing everytime I try to click on the layer properties panel. It also crashes when I try to add a text layer. I habe over 300gb storage space still on my ipad.ive tried uninstalling and reinstalling the app. Im using ipad pro 2020 12.9imch.Software version 14.3.
Hello! Why isnt fresco getting a type tool? I asked this MONTHS ago and got a response saying its coming soon... fresco Ipad has the type tool, surely pc version should have it by now.
I am experiencing very VERY long load times using the 8th generation 32GB iPad. The delayed load times are causing:- Long load time for opening files - Inability to load zooming in/out- Inability to use any of the tools - Only ability is to *sometimes move layers*... which normally results in a crashing of the app. Troubleshooting steps already taken include:- Updated software to the latest version - 18 GB available storage on the iPad (support told me 15-20GB is ideal for the app to function, this information should be included in Adobe Fresco's common questions sections so users know what devices are best compatible with the software) - Over 75% storage available on my Adobe cloud- Uninstalled the app (multiple times) - Reinstalled the app (multiple times) - Restarted the iPad (multiple times) - Tested multiple Wifi connections - Complete restored the iPad settings - The iPad is only used for drawing but any
It should be possible to lock the ruler at a spesific degree so that you can make parallell lines without worrying whether the ruler has moved.
Hi, has anyone solved the problem from Adobe about the cursor on Fresco? It's frustrating
I have been using the watercolor live brushes since Fresco was released. A few days ago the brush started making a splotchy effect and small white grid lines started appearing throughout the image. It is only when I use the watercolor brush. All other brushes are fine. Anyone have a suggestion on how to fix it? I have already uninstalled and reinstalled the app. (The attached image shows the grid.)
Hello! New Fresco iPad user here and, while I have the latest version (1.3.1) of the software, I can't access or even see my CC color libraries. Same is true for brushes. I upgraded to the premium version in hopes that that would help, but it didn't. Has anyone had the same issue and did you get it to finally work? How?Thank you!
Is there somewhere we can see notes about what exactly is being updated each time? I am updating Fresco and everything else because an update became available, but I would like to see what problems are being fixed specifically in the update. Fresco has been incredibly buggy for me the last month or so and I am crossing my fingers hard about this update. Would love to hear about whether it improves stability or experience for people... Mostly, I want to be able to just work in the app for extended periods without sudden onsets of lag or unexpected crashing, also maybe an eye dropper that doesn't take an extra second to register my selection. I love this app when it works. Really love it. I just need it to be stable and consistent for hours and hours at a time.

I'm on iPad 6th gen (iPadOS 13.1) and my Logitech Crayon doesn't work on Fresco. Hope this will change in the future.
Does anyone have any ideas what I might be doing wrong?
IS THERE ANY WAY TO ONLY SAVE ON A HARD DRIVE AS MY INTERNET CONNECTION DOES NOT ALLOW FOR LARGE FILES TO BE UPLOADED tHERE MUST BE A WAY FOR CREATIVES TO USE THIS WITHOUT HAVING TO USE THE ICLOUD?i HAVE ONLY CREATED A FEW ARTWORKS AND ALREADY HAVE EXCEEDED MY MEMORY ON MY IPAD AND MAKING EVERYONE ELSE IN HOUSE UPSET AS THEY CANT USE INTERNET WHEN I USE FRESCO.
So I've been working on a pretty big piece of artwork and it has 5 different parts to it. I coloured 2 parts about a week ago and the 3rd part over the past 2 days. When I went to check the timelapse today it shows that it's recorded the first 2 parts but not the 3rd part. I've found that it doesn't record anything at all now, anything I add to the art now is not recorded. When I download the timelapse video, after the first 2 minutes the timelapse video goes black and shows nothing. This is really annoying because I was looking forward to seeing how my progress looked on the timelapse. Some info for troubleshooting:I'm using an iPad mini 5 with iOS 13. I did the 3rd part completely just on the iPad. Adobe fresco is on the latest update. This issue is only with this file, no other file.I tried shutting my iPad and turning it back on but that didn't fix the issue. Didn't think it would but it's always worth a try. Does anyone know what the issue is and how I can recover al
I saved a few PSD files to the 'your work' folder Creative Cloud on my laptop. I see the file in Creative Cloud on my iPad but am unable to open it in Fresco. It only accesses the 'Adobe' folder in Creative Cloud when I click on the + icon to import a file. I cannot navigate to the 'my work' folder to get the files I need. Clunky. Help! Thanks!
Hi Adobe Support Community,I am designing a mural which will be printed at 32m x 12m. I am wanting to design the mural on my iPad with an iPen, and create a hand drawn, sketch effect to the design.I downloaded Adobe Fresco, and I can create a new document at 3200cm x 1200cm successfully, but the DPI is only 7. Is this DPI good enough for prinitng at 3200cm x 1200cm?If not, how can I create a hand drawn design that can be enlarged successfully at this size? Thank you
Is there a way that I can recover my timelapse video from Fresco? There was an artwork file that I was working on, and at some point, I accidentally deleted it. I recovered that right away on my cloud-documents page of Adobe Cloud. After successfully recovering it, I tried to generate a timelapse video. However, it exported only an a-few-second video, even though it was an almost finished file.Is it possible that I recover the full version of the timelapse video?
Hello! I'm in the process of learning "surface pattern designing". I started with Illustrator which is great, but I wanted to add texture and all that cute stuff in my artwork. I then learned Procreate which I also enjoy very much. But, because Fresco has the option for both vector & raster, I'm leaning towards creating more with Fresco. Especially since it's easier to transfer artwork to Illustrator. However, because I mix vector and raster together in Fresco, it seems as though everything turns into raster when I export to Illustrator - which defeats the purpose of using vector. I've always preferred vector because of the resizing benefits. My question... should I even bother with using vectors? Should I just size up really big so that sizing won't be such an issue? Also, I could be wrong. Maybe? If the vectors stay as is and only the rasters change when I resize, then I could just keep creating my work in smaller file size and I don't really need to bother wi
I've spent some considerbale time trying to solve this myself, but here I am. I have repeatedly tried to use the Fresco smudge tool with zero results. I have messed around with countless settings and brushes and scoured the internet for something similar. All other parts of Fresco seem to be working just fine.Using a Surface 6
how do you draw within the lines in adobe fresco? like what this person asked (but in fresco): Also how do you do these all three types of brushes not just vector?
