Fresco

Hi. My fresco I pad app crushed yesterday and the file  i was working on disappeared from the creative cloud. A huge damage since I was working on that file for the last 2 weeks and this is the only save option on fresco (VS export).I contacted adobe support twice since yesterday, using the "report a bug" option on the app, but received no replay other than the automatic one… did anyone have the same experience? Can I relay on fresco as a working tool?

Hello, I work in film/tv and I like Fresco, especially its brush system which is the strongest thing about it, but there are some suggestions I'd like to see to use it in my regular workflow, and make it more on par with other professional art software. 1.)  Layer system.     A.) Easier Layer Visiblity Toggling- For me this is the biggest thing thats bad about Fresco when on the ipad. Turning layer visibility on and off its such a chore seperating it into 2 clicks, especially when you have a ton of layers. You should be able to click the icon of the layer like photoshop/procreate/other art software to turn visiblity off and on with a single click. They say there is a gesture to turn on and off by double tapping but nothing works for me?    B.) Selecting Multiple Layers  With a Gesture Method- Currently Fresco seperates selecting multiple layers into 2 clicks. Its ok, you can keep it in a seperate menu like how it is currently but I'd lo

Fresco is collapsing the whole time when I try to open it and start drawing. I need to finish this for school soon and I have no time for crashing. They should fix it fast or I dunno what I will do to them. It makes me so angry. They don't even have a support which I could normally contact. It always says: "You don't seem to have access to the Adobe Admin Console. If you think you should, please contact your system administrator.". It is simply pathetic, if my school didn't pay for this app I would NEVER buy it. Like I should pay and don't even get a proper support? Are you kidding me? haha I can't believe it. I tried reinstalling it and I sent the crash report to Adobe every time, ofc they do nothing about it. Lovin' it. 🙂

When you make something with movement you could be able to insert sound from the internet or anywhere else.

Hi, I am curious why the secondary Touch Shortcut is blank for the pixel brush?  Erase and colopicker are a common pair that is not available to fresco because of the non-functioning secondary touch. PS for iPad has the same Touch shortcut UI and it allows both. cheers,Gary

I just set up my new Microsoft Touch Pro 7 (8GB) with the Adobe programs I'm used to (and literally nothing else on it aside from these) and started tinkering with Fresco. I loved the app and used it for probably two hours without issue.  Then I uploaded some of the Kyle T. Webster brushes from Adobe and the entire app began to lag so badly it was unusable. Not just the new brushes I imported but any brush I tried to use at all. I closed the program. I restarted my laptop twice. Nothing worked until I removed the brushes from the app via the creative cloud and then app seemed to work normal for a few minutes. I imported the brushes again and I got the same lag.   I was not using vector brushes, my canvases were just standard default sizes and I tried a few. Lastly I removed the imported brushes again and the app was only partially back to normal. Some brushes (including all of the love brushes) were fine but some of the default brushes (the charcoal, for e

Slow, bad, crashes and closes itself, it takes hours to do anything, I only read negative things and they still won't let us use Adobe Draw, procreate here we go.

I'm amazed that panning still isn't a feature in Adobe Fresco for desktop. I was trying so hard to zoom into the corner to sign my work, but it would only let me zoom in the center, so I had to export to PSD and sign in Photoshop. Guess it's good it's part of Creative Cloud because it's not quite a feature-complete desktop app, and need to rely on other apps to finish pieces. Even adding scrollbars when zoomed would be helpful. I'm using Windows with a Wacom Intuos - I tried enabling touch gestures on the Intuos, but it was only zooming, not panning.

I selected two layers and moved them using the transform tool and now been stuck on "applying transform" for ten minutes. if I just exit out of Fresco will all my work be gone or does it autosave? 

Hi, I'm new to Fresco and I try to find the best way to creat a setup with this App on ym iPad for my sketching lessons.So in my training I use two different brushes, one pen in black and one marker in grey.I have to switch between all the time and I found it difficult to change the brush and then change the color as well.How. can I have the marker starting with a given grey and the marker with a given black. Thanks dor your support!

I want to save my Fresco files to Apple iCloud, is this possible? 

1.  I have 0.8 GB of space free out of 2GB but I can't open any files in Fresco.The files I want to open are all smallish vector files drawn in Fresco.I can't even open files that are "available offline" with my wifi turned off.Any ideas? Please help.2.  Also, why have all my files changed to PSD files? I use Fresco specifically for the vector drawing, so PSD doesn't help me in any way at all.  Why can't they be Ai files instead?  Why only PSD?Any help would be very appreciated! ^_^

Hello! I had to leave my house not to destroy the ipad! I've spent 3h30 working on a project! I didn't get out in that time so the file could be saved. So I started the illustration and once finished I've clicked to go home so the file could be saved. Instead AF, asked me to get some space so it could save the file. I went on deleting apps and photos to get the space. Back to Fresco the file evaporated ALL THE WORK! And I was back 3h30 hours earlier! This is absolutely insane. What just happened?

slow, you try to throw lines and it's slow, this is a shame, PUT ADOBE DRAW IN THE STORE AGAIN! this application is worthless, eternal hatred of fresh adobe, bring draw again and stop playing with users.

I need to increase the Pixels in some files so they are big enough for red bubble purchases. They are vector based with watercolor layers. I'm assuming I have to just use vector, somehow increase the Pixel count, then recolor. Is that the way or is there a quicker or easier way? Will this process retain the quality? Thanks in advance

Hello community! I've been using Fresco for a few years now and make extensive use of the timelapse export feature. Recently, I've encountered a strange glitch/bug in my exported videos where the video starts slightly zoomed out with a black frame around the drawing canvas and then proceeds to jump-zoom into the canvas, the black border getting thinner each time until it disappears and the video plays normally. At first I thought it was a bug caused by using the layer mask in my original drawing, but the phenomenon is also occurring in drawings without masks. I've been test exporting new drawings every few minutes, to see if it is a  particular tool that introduces the bug, but I have not found a consistent culprit. Note: many drawings will export normally for a little while and then at a certain point, the black border/zoom-out appears at the BEGINNING of the video, so it is also not chronological. Hello, I opened Fresco on my Surface Pro today and I cannot Zoom, Rotate, or Pan.  This has happened before and no idea how it resolved itself but I think it happened after I wiped the computer and put almost every file in cloud storage.  When I use Fresco I close everything. Fresco had been working like butter, what happened! I uninstalled and restarted it, it does not work. Thanks for your help and insight. Holly

I need help from Adobe on my specific issue ASAP. I'm a student and my Fresco/Creative Cloud sync is not working. It says "No storage information available" "contact IT administrator for details", but my classmates have no such issue?!

Hi all,I'm trying to use Fresco on my ipad. I have the full subscription for Adobe and when I first installed it on my ipad I was having issues, so I uninstalled, made sure I was signed into my adobe account and reinstalled and everything went great and it was working fine. Now a few days later, I opened it and I'm restricted to the free version again, even though it shows that I'm signed into my account. I don't want to have to uninstall and reinstall every time I want to use it. Can someone please help. I have no issues with illustrator or photoshop also installed on this ipad, only Fresco.

Hi, I'm having an issue with some Photoshop brushes I've imported in Fresco, and would like to know if I can get around it. Same brush (it's the popular Marc Brunet Lineart Brush, shoutout to him!). You can notice that in Fresco, the tail end of each stroke gets darker, as if I applied more pressure, but that's not true. If you check out the same strokes in Procreate, the end of each stroke is of the same intensity as the start. I'd like to have that in Fresco, but I can't find the proper settings. Can someone help me get around this dynamic? Thank you in advance. PS. Using an iPad Air 2020 with the Apple Pencil, everything is updated properly.

If I paint an object in Fresco with a pixel or live brush, can I scale the object up using the move scale tool, without the object becoming pixelated? Thanks for answering this very basic question. I couldn't find the answer in others' posts.

I saved my work before closing out the app earlier today and when I opened the file to continue working on it a version from over 24 hours ago opened instead. I've just easily lost six hours of work on a commission that has a deadline fast approaching and there's no helpful information about how to recover this available. Please help. 

Are you able to see the brush size in Fresco when your using them? I have a precision type cursor when Im painting. This is difficult when your using a large paint brush size.
