realtime playback/preview low fp

Hi, I just updated to the latest version 17.1 Cached sequence does not playback in realtime fps. I am using a 4k screen, windows 10. i7 I was on v15 and things worked ok minus some audio playback issues sometimes, which is why i updated, and now I cant even get a simple clip to playback in realtime. The only 'solution' I have is to reduce the resolution of the monitor. Only then do I get realtime playback of video and audio. I dont understand how and why these types of issues remain so common. Please, help

this worked for me. I was having the issue with AFter Effects.

Hi all, So I have downloaded installed most of the Adobe CC apps on my work machne. I now want to install some of those programs on my home machine. Is there any way I could 'back up' the programs I have on the work machine and simply copy them to the home machine or is re-downloading everything unavoidable? I have gone to the CC website and tried individual downloads but that doesnt work since it requires the CC manager to handle the download....so when you click on 'download', the manager detects that I already have the app so it basically does nothing. It doesnt even ask if I want to save the file in a different location. Please help, Thanks
