Hi,
To check the issue, can you please provoide verbose msi logs for the Acrobat installation.
To enable msi log set the below reg key:
[HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SOFTWARE\Policies\Microsoft\Windows\Installer\]
"Logging"="voicewarmupx"
Then try installing Acrobat.
If installation fails, provide MSIXXXXX.log file from %temp% folder.
