More often than not lately I will get this error on every single file I put through media encoder in a batch.  And all files are completed and look great and work great.  Problem is my list does not clear.    I open the log file and it is referencing a file I made almost 1 year ago.  Not even in the same project. And hasn't been used since last april.  I have cleared the temp folder and that file is not there.  And I have changed the name of the output file as well.  How do I clear this out? This is my log file from a batch I just rendered on 1/29/19 at 2pm.
