Hi sumishra Thank you for your comment I had tried to make a new project and i get the same problem. The files are done in AS3 here you got the answer of the support team of the components when I ask about " Yes flasheff2 and slideshowbox are as3 components and works only in as3. If you will use them in a as2 file won't work. " Please where I can send you the swf so then you can test them. Best regards P.

Hi yes I have done that but the result at the end is the same... but it is interesting that during the preview I can see the animation... not 100% correct but at list part of them If you want I will sent you a PM with a copy of the animation then you can try it your self Regards

thank you for your advice I have try it in this way 1. add the swf to the project 2. publish the project in a folder 3. add to the folder the XML file the result was this Im sure it is possible but I must do something wrong

HI I mean that the animation have a file XML to control some details ( text for example ) here you have a video with the animations and then how it looks inside the captivate 5 project Regards

hi guys I have similar probles trying to add some swf animation which have XLM to my captivate project. the result is very rare screen with no animation showed It looks like the flash with XML doest work with captivate any idea how to avoid this? Hi every one I have done some animation in flash using some components from "flashEff" the problem is that when if I have located the animation in the place where I want the result is different the animation appearson the project always a bit up and more to the left side why can this problem happen? look in the video de example.

Hello Guys Did you find any solutions for this issue? you are right in every thing you say but which kilo of meat will you buy? if you are not vegetarian I think you will buy the second one , Young people is very sensitive if thinks are not nice we must try to do our best to look as attractive as we can. yes insert photos and other thinks will make the file heave and difficult to download thats why I will like to have the option to change the color inside of captivate. But do not misunderstand me I really like captivate as a mac user I was searching long time to find some app that makes at least half of this beutifull program do ... but as I said " just a little bit more "

Hi Lily thank you again for this answer I have done some buttons in PNG already Regarding to the 3th part software as photoshop or paint or something else thats what Im saying : why we need to use another software when we can ( if the guys from adobe want ) ... make all cain of thing inside the same app. or any cain of more functions as shadows, glow, frames, reflections etc... but unfortunately they dont want to add more ... Of course if you can use flash or photoshop the options are unlimited ... but how many people can even use photoshop*** Any way thank you Lily and best regards for you P.

Im sorru mister C my bad english again OK thanks to you I manage to add voice to clicks and even to the text box with suggestions ( or advice ) I dont know how you got it in english version but when I see the presentations the voice of the suggestions is repeating every time I move the cursor next tho the buttons ( witch is not bad ) but it doesnt look professional So I wll like to order that this voice ( from the suggestion ) play just one time and not more it doesnt matter that users move the cursor 100 times there the text box will appear but the voice just one time But I dont know if will be possible thank you Mister C MIster P

Hi Rick yes I was talking about that with Lily last time but I dont have clear how to make this images buttons and the export them to captivate ( please any explanations will be nice ) Is not there any easy solutions inside the adobe captivate for this??? thats a shame that the guys form adobe want to make the captivate users to buy other programs ( photoshop or flash etc ) I understand the marketing but to be really competitive adobe captivate need more funtions regarding with effects images and buttons I like this program is great but I just was waiting more from the adobe guys ( will be nice to have shadows, effects, transitions, frames, etc ) any way it is a very useful app but come on guys " just a little bit more "

Hello Im new users of captivate 5 I will like to add some voice after the users click on some click_box ether to say OK well done or not this is an error and tell them why Is this possible??? if is possible can I control the timing of the text window thats appears after users click on some butttons??? for example to be showed 6 seconds instead of 2 or 3 that is is doing normal??? then just some very basic question if I get the app from adobe Im allowed to install the app in two computers ( laptop and home station ) Im using a mac book pro and a normal PC at home... Hey Rick you gave me the answer go to APLICATIONS >adobe captivate > Gallery > mouse > Clicksounds -there just remove the actual mouse.mp3 -make (or chose ) another sound as you like in mp3 and place it in this folder with the name " mouse.mp3 " and you can add everything you want as a sound click regards

Hello again Lily see the answers to your questions bellow you have two click boxes on one slide, I'l label them ClickCorrect and ClickIncorrect; how are they timed and how can the user identify them? they have the same timing and users can see them because I have done a text box where I have located the click_boxes as well the hand in showed when users move the cursor in the area ... and a suggestions or commendations are showed as well for the success action on ClickCorrect you have "continue"; there are infinite attempts, so the other action is not important for the success action on ClickIncorrect you have an Advanced action that: disables ClickCorrect (I would recommend to hide it instead of disabling) shows a Text Caption or something else to point to the error? yes there is a red text box to show the error after the click ...The prinicipal question was about 'same script, different results': here I'm puzzled when you talk about 7 times, is this the same script on 7 slides or do you mean something else? it is not the same one but it is a totally similar one with similar order just changed to the new question And if it is the same script on different slides, since the click boxes have different ID's on each slides you have to edit the script for each slide. But I think you mean something else, please can you explain? you are right they are different click boxes it is not possible to make it with the same script ( unfortunately ) ...
