Premiere Elements

I've looked on the forums about how to transfer a copy of premiere elements from one computer to another. Sign out on the old computer and then download and install on a new computer. Seems straightforward enough.This is the issue I have. I have Premiere Elements (and Photoshop Elements) installed on 6 computers (from 6 licenses). I want to deactivate Premiere (and Photoshop) Elements on 2 of those computers and install on 2 new computers. When I do this, how do I know which serial numbers I have deactivated so I can make sure I use those serial numbers on the new computers? (ie how do I find out which serial number relates to which computer?).I'd usually expect to see this in the "About Premiere Elements" option on the menu but this just seems to give me the version number. I know you can install a copy on 2 machines with the same serial number but these 6 computers will be used at the same time so it's important that the serial numbers on the deactivated machines are the ones used on

Hallo, da ich mir AE2019 zulegen möchte, muss ich mir leider auch ein neues Notebook zulegen. Ich habe momentan ein Acer mit Intel i3 und 4 GB Speicher. Beim editieren meiner Gopro 6 Hero Black Clips stoße ich an die Grenzen vom Acer.Der Clip ist in 2,7k aufgenommen, aber wenn ich ihn editiere, z.b. für Youtube wird er etwas pixelig. Nothing happens when I choose "Open Recent Project".  I pick one of the recents (or "My Project" if I didn't name it) and...nothing.   Clips don't load, nothing n the timeline.  Is this a common thing?

I have a video that will not save !!

I've been working on a project in Premiere Elements 12 (admittedly rather large, with many assets, although most are smaller). As of yesterday I was working on it no problem, all of the sudden today I can't open - the program crashes with no error message or info message of any type beforehand; it simply won't open. It opens new projects perfectly fine, and any other projects I can work on all load fine. It's just this one file that will not open; it'll say 100% loaded and then crash. I still have all the assets on my computer so it should be able to find everything, however it's not even getting to that point. I realize now I probably should have worked in smaller projects and then imported them all into one but I didn't. Is there anything I can do to at the very least get the program to open so I can recover what I have, or open the file somewhere else for breakdown? I don't want to lose several months worth of work. Hi liebe Community,ich bin fertig mit der Bearbeitung meines Videos und würde es nun gerne exportieren. Leider ist dies nicht möglich, da ich eine Fehlermeldung erhalte: "Verwacklungsreduzierung wird noch ausgeführt oder ist fehlerhaft. Starten Sie den Export nach Abschluss des Vorgangs neu oder beheben Sie den Fehler und versuchen es erneut". Hab schon intensiv nach Lösungen gegoogelt, aber nichts funktioniert. Habe alle Verwacklungsreduzierungen gelöscht, Elements geschlossen und neu gestartet, nichts hilft... Kann jemand helfen? Das Video ist für meinen Job und soll diese Woche eigentlich online gehen 😕😕Danke und VGAlex

Hello to all, I have just started with Premier 2019 and while in Export mode when playing the video the image automaticaly goes into zoom. If, I stop the movie it returns to it's normal format and the whole image is there on screen. I have search for a fix but nothing has worked so far. A friend of mine that also has purchased the same software has the same problem and also cannot find how to fix this?? This is happening before I have attempted to work on the movie. I have cut out some parts and saved it and came back with it and it is still the same.Does anyone have this problem and have you been able to fix it?Best regards,Guy

I'm beating my head off the wall...I'm playing with time lapse in Elements 14.  I've loaded 10 images to play with time stretch.  I should be able to select the first image in the 10 image series in the video time frame, hold down Shift, then select the last image in the 10 image series and have the entire 10 images showing as selected.  Sure, I can hold down Shift and select each and every image I want in the series.  This is easy enough with 10 images, but will be a colossal waste of time with 400 images in the eventual time lapse.  I'm know I'm being boneheaded and just missing something... but how to you easily select multiple images in a time frame series in Elements 14????  Thanks for your help!

There are two video clips i'm trying to apply a transition between, but I'm not able to. I believe this is because one of the clips has been "time stretched". In other words, I slowed down one of the clips so that It would play longer. Does anyone know if this is the issue? If so, is there a way I can join these two clips together? Are there any solutions to this problem?

I just got a new PC and Installed Adobe premiere elements 2019.  I got some files from OBS (which are flv files) and tried to put them on adobe.  I got the message of "this type of file is not supported, or the required codec is not installed."  So naturally i converted them to mp4 using VLC media player.  I converted them to H.264 + mp3 (MP4) at first.  I got the same message.  So i tried to change them to H.265 +MP3 (MP4) and i still got the same message.  I have a higher resolution screen so i thought it might be different.  So in Adobe, i changed the project setting a couple of times and it still didn't work.  However, I was able to add an mp3 to the editor and put it on the track not problem.P.S I have an Intel i5-6600 3.3GHz processor and an NVIDIA GeForce GTX 1060 6gb

but my media bin will not import the photos. what do i need to do

I am new to video editing.... but I was working on a video project and was able to play added mp4 videos, but now I cannot get it to play.  Obviously without the ability to play a video the program is useless.  I get the following screen when hitting the preview button in quick edit.  Can anyone offer a way around this problem?

I create a video with a good sound level, then render it. When I play the mp4, the audio level is much higher, too high.Why would the rendered video have audio at a different level than in Premiere?Is there perhaps an option to boost the audio that I turned on by mistake?     -- Joel

Hello,In adobe premiere elements 4 I have encountered a new problem. We have been working on a new, big project for a week now and everything worked so far fine. Every day I save it and also in between I sometimes make savings after important changes.However, yesterday something must have went wrong, either during the saving or in general in the program itself because on the timeline, everything seems fine and all clips and audio are available, but in the monitor panel where you can preview the clip, the screen shows a red 'offline media' screen.I tried to open the project from my saved copies (I save always on 2 HD's) but both act in the same way. If I move the media, he is asking me where all the files are and I am finding all of them but even after this entire re-linking process, he still isn't showing the image in the preview window: it remains 'media offline'.I know that media can sometimes go offline but hat is new to me, is that the clips appear perfectly fine (including image)

I created a quick video and wonder...Why is there so much blank screen time between the title slide and next slide - the music is continuous but the second slide takes about 15 seconds to load on the screen? Where does the software package save native files?Do I have to credit the stock music when I upload a video using Adobe's music to YouTube?My apologies for putting all these questions into one discussion.Thanks! I use this software to import pictures and video onto my computer but notice that using custom numbering, it imports the pictures newest first and gives it the first number so the oldest picture date/time-wise has the largest number.  I see now way to change the sort in Adobe.  I have resorted my photos on the SD card before importing but it still reverts to newest first.  Help

I have been using Premiere Elements 14 for several years and haven't really had any problems with the Quick Export until this week. Now, the export process will stall part way through, or it will go to the end and the video will stop halfway through. I'm working with video from my camera (PanasonicLumix FZ80) and I successfully exported videos this week, but they were shorter videos (5-7 min). I'm now trying to do longer ones (45 min) and it's having problems. I did see on another thread discussion about having enough hard drive space free. Is there a recommended amount for something like this?

Hello everyone, I was always burning my projects on DVDs and recently it stopped doing it. I first thought I have problems with my old DVD burner but I replaced it with a new one. No deference. I use Mac with iOS Mohave. I can save project as mp4 file but no DVD.Does anybody know what could it be? Thank you for your help.

Hello,A few years ago (I believe 2017) I purchased Adobe Premiere Elements 15 and the license key worked fine. After that I didn't use it for 1,5 years.Now it does not work anymore.Does someone know if a license key for Adobe Premiere Elements 15 expires after one year...? Or if Adobe changed my perpetual license into a subscription without notice?Thanks,SJW

When I set the slider to a certain level and start playing the clip from the beginning it first snaps back to another level. I can adjust levels while the clip is playing but can't get it to start at the level I set on the slider.

My SSD boot drive is getting full. My data drive has plenty of space. I did a search of the boot drive to see what was taking up so much space. Even though I have Premier Elements set up to use my data drive, I found a LARGE amount of files (quantity and size) in the Elements Organizer/Catalogs/My Catalog/VideoProxies folder. Video, JPG, and XML files. I need to free up space on the boot drive. I assume I need to keep the files in the VideoProxies folder. Q: Can I move the files? How do I do that so that they are still recognized by Elements?Or just uninstall Elements from the boot drive and reinstall on the data drive? Rather not as I am running an old version and no idea where the original program is.

I use Premiere Elements 2018 on a couple of different computers. Recently, the version on my laptop is not producing any sound, although the audio is present on other programs.
