Premiere Elements

I'm running PRE11 on a 2012 iMac 3.4 with 1.2 T fusion drive, an external SSD and 16mb of RAM. The program is fine and runs blisteringly fast compared to the i5 iMac I just replaced. I use it to edit skydiving videos, each is about 6-7 minutes long with transitions, titles and slow motion added to the raw clips.On my i5 iMac, watching the activity monitor while rendering, it uses every bit of processing power to render and save the video and when the video is done rendering and ready to send off, Elements says it's finished, the video is done and the program stops. This whole process takes a little over four minutes.However, on my i7 it has a little processing power left over and the video is finished rendering after about two minutes but the task bar in Elements is only showing half done and it continues to run for about another three minutes. I know the video is done and saved because I can see the process has stopped in Activity Monitor and I have actually sent it off to the server

How do I get the captions that are on photos in a Photoshop elements 13 album to import to premiere elements 13?  In using the add media function selecting the elements organizer, then selecting the album to import, the photos are imported, but the captions are not.  I am running windows 10.ThanksTony

I have Photoshop Premier 15-All of a sudden the slide show is not working- I have not used this button for about 6 months.--i have been busy editing.HelpI select the pix-  even 3-4 pix- Hit the slide show button-  A little circle appears for about 5 seconds-  and then nothing ??thank youed

Under Edit >> Project Settings >> General, it is possible to set the Audio Display format to either "Audio Samples" or "Milliseconds".  But how does one get the timeline to actually display the duration using this Audio Display Format instead of the default Video Display Format?In Premiere Pro this is easily achieved by going to the Sequence Panel, clicking on the dropdown by the sequence name and selecting the "Show Audio Time Units" option.  However, I can find no equivalent command in Premiere Elements.

I n- have installed Premiere Element 12 on my new computer with Windows 12 but when i start it when he ask me to active him Windows stop it and said that a problem stop the programm. What to do???

Since Microsoft updating Windows 10 a week or so ago, my Premiere Elements 15 stops working every time I click on Project Assets.  I undid the update and the program worked, but the next morning the update was reinstalled.  Anyone have a solution?

I have premier elements 3.0 installed but if I try to burn dvd it tells me I have no burner installed, when I try to share a film I get a message asking for an activation key to install MPEG3 component, I follow the link provided to retrieve the code which then tells me the site is not available.

If I have two video clips playing at once, i.e. a split screen or an overlay for example, everything is fine.  If I use the "Lighting" adjustment on the clip playing in the Video1 channel then also everything is fine.  If I then make a "Lighting" adjustment to the clip in Video2 then the problem occurs .  The clip in Video2 will flicker this adjustment on and off quickly.I've updated my video drivers to the latest version and also tried with Video Hardware Acceleration off to no avail.   This problem occurs during normal playback i.e live playback and on a export.All video was shot at 25fps on a Canon 5D mk2 at 1080p.Project settings:Editing mode: DSLRFrame size 1920 x 1080Pixel aspect ratio:  squareFields: No fields (progressive scan)Display format: 25 fpsVersion 14.1Please help!

I'm doing a slide show and I was wondering if I can apply time stretch to one still image and then copy and paste it to each additional image in the show. Or is there an easier way to edit for time? I'm trying to fit the music time of the show. Thanks.

When I render a video project in Premier Elements 14 the resulting video has many, many, vertical lines in it.  The original project created over 10 years ago is fine (i.e. no lines).  I've tried it on multiple projects and the results are the same.  The project is only 15 minutes in length.  I am running on a Dell computer with Windows 10.  I tried checking "Maximum Bit Depth" in Edit/Project Settings/Video Render but it did not eliminate the resulting vertical lines.  Am I doing something wrong?

Hello all,I have an issue and I hope somebody can help me here.I have recorded zillion video's from my kids and holidays and now bought the Premiere Elements 15 to start making some nice movies from them. All short video files are .mpg files. When I import drag/drop these on to the timeline, I get no audiotrack with it. No sound at all.What needs to be done to be able to drag and drop these and get some audio with it?It are all short video's from couple of seconds to minutes. Can anybody help? I'm using Windows 10 and the system is just a few months old. Maybe download some extra codecs? How and where?Many thanks!Kind regards, Wesley

moire effect when panning a brick wall only shows when burning a sd disc from an AVCHD cliprecorded on  Panasonic GH5 in AVCHD 50fps & burnt on a DVD-R SD 576 25 fps.However AVCHD 50 fps  burnt to  DVD_R AVCHD 25fps no problem. Is there a way of improving image quality when burning to SD disc?

My official version of Premiere Elements installs on my new laptop with Win10, but then fails within hours.It usually crashes and then won't restart, saying Error 16, Application manager missing.It quotes an incorrect link that takes me to some Adobe Cloud manager thing I don't want.Tried the folder permissions fix, but I usually have to uninstall and then reinstall.  But it only lasts a short time.Gone round and round in circles on the Adobe website looking for the application manager download or any kind of help  (wow, its not user friendly is it).Any ideas?This software has given me issues on the last 3 laptops I have installed it on

I am using Premiere Elements 15 on a Dell XPS 15 running windows 10. I have video recorded on an iPhone 7 Plus. I used Filmic Pro set to 4K and Filmic Extreme Quality. The videos show a .MOV format. Every time I try to import to edit I get a generic error.

I have a project that will crash ("Adobe Premiere Elements 15 has stopped working" with option to close program...comes up twice before finally closing the app) whenever I:- use anything on the toolbar to the right (add a transition, auto correct a video, add music)- select an mp3 clip from Project Assets- other various thingsI am using Windows 10. Core i7 processor, nVidia graphics, 8GB RAM. This just started happening yesterday. I have updated my video driver, restarted the computer, copied the project to a new file and tried that (same result).I can attach the log file if that helps. Any help is greatly appreciated.Thanks.

I have Premier Elements 9 installed on my Dell laptop, Inspiron 5520, Win 7, that I purchased new in 2012.  The Adobe Premier Elements 9 app came loadedon the laptop.When I attempt to open the app, I receive a dialog box titled "Premier Elements 9.0 Debug Event" with the following message:[..\..\SRC\EMS\WSEMSUtil.CPP-602]When I go to the Adobe support page, it directs me to “Find Your Serial Number”, which also directs me to the Adobe Licensing Website (LWS).  LWS does not show any products, and the serial number page wasn’t much help - all require I provide the serial number for the app; I do not have the source media, and as I cannot open the app, I am unable to access the embedded S/N.I realize that PEs has gone through several upgrades, butI like it and would like to resurrect the app-LOLThanks for any assistance.John

I've had this issue before but don't remember what i did to fix it. Every time i open the program it crashes giving me the "has stopped working" window. I've uninstalled and deleted the program and files twice now and it's still giving me the issue. Photoshop elements still worksif needed my specs arei7-4790k32gb corsair vengeance ramasus gtx1080 installed on 500gb samsung evo 850pro ssd (same as operating system windows 10 pro)

Hello,Please can anyone advice me of how I can view the videos once that i have edited them. I am doing this project as a gift and I would like to put the film I've created onto a USB to give the person. Will they be able to view it without having to buy adobe software?Thanks

I'm running Adobe Premiere Elements 12 on Win 7.  Win 7 just did latest updates (24 Apr 17).  Now when I login I get message telling me MSVCP140.dll is missing and Premiere Elements crashes.  Did Microsoft's latest patches delete something Adobe needs?Thanks for any help here.
